By installing or using Lockby ("the Extension") or visiting lockby.app ("the Website"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

2. Description of Service

Lockby is a browser extension that restricts your browser to a set of whitelisted domains during focus sessions. The service is provided "as is" to help users manage their browsing habits.

3. Accounts

A free account is not required to use the extension. An account is required for Pro features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Lemon Squeezy.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the extension.
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent the tab lockdown mechanism for purposes of distributing modified versions.

6. Intellectual Property

Lockby, its logo, mascot, and all associated assets are the property of Lockby. You may not use our branding without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lockby is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the extension or website, including but not limited to lost productivity, data loss, or browser issues.

8. Privacy

Your use of Lockby is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
